Refund & Returns Policy

At Bio-Healing Australia, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return within 7 Days, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused, unworn, and unmarked
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • 10% Restocking Fee Will Be Charged. 

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at:

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorisation
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.

Important notes:

  • Damage must be reported on the day of delivery.
  • Items must remain unused and in original condition for assessment.
  • Used items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (change-of-mind returns not accepted)

No refunds are provided for change of mind.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing usually takes up to 10 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for posting.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact our support team at support@biohealing.com.au.
